SanctuaryWe will follow Jesus's journey into Jerusalem as people welcomed him with palm branches. This Sunday before Easter provides us with the opportunity to welcome Jesus into our hearts.
Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt
Friends and neighbors of First Baptist Church will meet in the courtyard facing Arthur Ashe Boulevard for the Easter Egg Hunt. Children aged toddler to fifth grade are invited to participate.

Maundy Thursday – Dinner and Service
This service is focused on the final days of Jesus' earthly ministry, including the Upper Room, Betrayal, and arrest; culminating in the cross.
Aging Strong
First Baptist partners with the YMCA to hold a weekly program designed to help adults maintain independent living and includes gentle exercise, social time, games, and lunch together.
Monument 10K Training – Run/ Walk Teams
Richmond’s First Baptist is inviting The Fan Association, The Museum District Association, and the Scott’s Addition Business Association to collaborate in creating a Monument Avenue 10K team in training. Creating this team will allow the church a fun, low-barrier way to interact with our neighbors.
