January Bible Study: “Living After God’s Own Heart” (Life of David)

David is one of the few whose life is constantly held up as worth watching.  He is not perfect, however, nobody shines like David.  Nobody seems more human than the shepherd, singer, fighter, leader, friend, lover, father, and dance before God.  So we will spend some weeks with David.  We will look at his life and our life side by side.  We will ask “How can we live, like David, after God’s own heart.”  John Upton, Retired Executive Director of The Baptist General Association of Virginia, will present this Bible study.
