Welcome to Microchurch
A ministry of Richmond’s First Baptist Church

Microchurch is just another name for house church, a concept that’s been around
since the 1st century, but the 21st century version looks
a little different.
View a video clip of Dr. Jim Somerville, Senior Pastor of Richmond's
First Baptist Church in Richmond, Virginia, talking with the church's
Associate Pastor for Communication, David Powers, about the concept of
"Microchurch" and the "Micro Mission Field."
